1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE
Welcome to KidSpace. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website kidspace.ai (the "Website") and any purchases you make through our online store. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

3. USE OF THE WEBSITE
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Website. Purchases may only be made by adults (18+) with legal capacity to enter into contracts. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. ACCOUNTS
You may browse and purchase as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. OUR PRODUCTS - DIGITAL BOOKS
We sell digital children's books delivered as downloadable PDF files (the "Products"). Unless stated otherwise, each Product includes both an English and a Romanian version of the book. Products are digital goods; no physical item is shipped. Illustrations and previews are for presentation; the delivered file is the complete book.

6. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
By placing an order you make an offer to purchase the selected Product(s). A contract is formed when we confirm your order and payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, in case of suspected fraud or payment failure).

7. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed on the Website in EUR and include all applicable charges. As we are not registered for VAT, no VAT is added to the price. Romanian visitors may see prices in RON; the final charge is processed in the store currency. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

8. DELIVERY OF DIGITAL PRODUCTS
After your payment is confirmed, the Product is made available immediately as a secure download. You will receive a download link by email and, if you have an account, the Product will also be available under "My Account - Downloads". Please ensure your email address is correct. If you do not receive your download, contact us at hello@kidspace.ai.

9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND DIGITAL CONTENT (EU CONSUMERS)
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. However, for digital content supplied immediately (such as our downloadable books), you expressly agree that delivery begins as soon as you complete your purchase and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once the download has started or the file has been accessed. By completing the purchase you give this express consent.

10. REFUNDS
Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once the file has been downloaded or accessed. If a Product is faulty, corrupted, or does not match its description, or if you were charged in error, contact us at hello@kidspace.ai within 14 days and we will review your request and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

11. INVOICING
A fiscal invoice is issued automatically for each purchase and sent to the email address provided at checkout, in accordance with Romanian law (including electronic invoicing where applicable).

12. LICENSE AND PERMITTED USE OF PURCHASED CONTENT
When you buy a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read, and print the file for your own private, non-commercial family use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, upload, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Products, in whole or in part. All rights not expressly granted remain with us.

13. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Website and in the Products (text, stories, characters, illustrations, audio, video, graphics, logos, and the KidSpace brand) is owned by SC TEMATIC PHOTOGRAPHY SRL or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. Automated systems such as bots, scrapers, and feed importers are strictly prohibited from accessing content without our written permission.

14. TRANSLATION DISCLAIMER
Parts of the Website may be translated automatically (for example via Google Translate) and may contain errors. The English version prevails in case of any discrepancy.

15. USER CONDUCT
You agree not to use the Website for any illegal, harmful, or disruptive activity. We may remove offensive comments or content and restrict access where necessary.

16. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except for the statutory rights of consumers which remain unaffected.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or Products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

18. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Alba Iulia, Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
