REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to digital products (downloadable books in PDF format) purchased from kidspace.ai. It should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND INSTANT DELIVERY
Our products are digital files delivered to you immediately after your payment is confirmed. Because they are made available for download right away, they are treated as digital content under EU consumer law.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, you expressly agree at checkout that delivery begins as soon as your purchase is complete, and you acknowledge that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal once the download has started or the file has been accessed. As a result, completed purchases of our digital books are generally non-refundable.

3. WHEN WE WILL HELP
We want you to be happy with your purchase. We will review your request and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or a refund if:
- the file is faulty, corrupted, or cannot be downloaded;
- you received the wrong product, or it does not match its description;
- you were charged twice or charged in error for an order you did not place.

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email us at hello@kidspace.ai within 14 days of your purchase, including:
- the email address used at checkout;
- your order number;
- a short description of the problem.
We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.

5. YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy affects any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
