This legal notice regulates the use and utilization of the Alexa SKILL “KidSpace,” owned by Moving Records SRL (hereinafter, THE OWNER OF THE SKILL).

Using the SKILL attributes the condition of USER thereof and implies full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the conditions published in this legal notice. These conditions may be modified without prior notification by THE OWNER OF THE SKILL, in which case it will be published and notified as far in advance as possible.

The user is obliged to make correct use of the SKILL in accordance with the laws, good faith, public order, and this Legal Notice. Any unauthorized use is expressly prohibited, and THE OWNER OF THE SKILL may deny or withdraw access and use at any time.

The user expressly agrees to make appropriate use of the contents and services of the OWNER OF THE SKILL and not to use them for, among others:

• Disseminating criminal, violent, pornographic, racist, xenophobic, offensive content, or advocating terrorism.
• Introducing computer viruses or carrying out actions that may alter, interrupt, or damage systems.
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or confidential information.
• Violating intellectual or industrial property rights.
• Impersonating another user’s identity.
• Engaging in unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public communication of contents.

5. EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

The content of this SKILL is of a general nature and is for informational purposes only, without fully guaranteeing access to all content, nor its completeness, correctness, or timeliness.

THE OWNER OF THE SKILL excludes, to the extent permitted by law, any liability for damages arising from:
